Return & Refund Policy

Mountain Barracks accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, an item should be unused, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories when applicable. Proof of purchase or the order number may be required.

Contact us before sending any return. Do not mail a product to the manufacturer, supplier, or the return address printed on a package unless Mountain Barracks specifically instructs you to use that address.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with parts missing, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos when possible. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, refund or other resolution.

Return Shipping

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will provide the applicable resolution and return instructions.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
