Shipping Policy

Mountain Barracks currently ships within the United States and offers free standard U.S. shipping on store orders.

Processing and Delivery

Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier warehouse, destination and carrier. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date unless that guarantee is expressly shown for the specific order. Tracking information is provided when it becomes available.

Because products can be fulfilled from different supplier locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

Tracking and Delays

Carrier tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Weather, carrier disruptions and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe a package is lost, contact us and we will help review the shipment.

Shipping Outside the United States

International shipping is not currently available at checkout. We may expand supported destinations after supplier delivery costs and service levels are verified.
